    Lots of good points raised here. It is so frustrating not being able to sleep. Sometimes I think it is triggered by an event but then becomes almost like a bad habit so it’s not always easy to identify with a “reason” for poor sleep.

    I so love my sleep. When my babies were little they did not sleep much and I was so tired! I need about 8-10 hours a night to be able to function :) Lately I have been getting to bed too late, and waking up too late. Need to reverse my sleep patterns somehow.

    Why can’t I sleep I know is a very common question for many. I am one of the lucky ones who doesn’t have this problem. I think relaxing and finding time to unwind for a while before bed is a good idea. Also I love soaking in a nice warm bath.
